This hotel offers great value for money. With clean and well-equipped rooms, it's perfect if you're looking for a basic and comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the vibrant nightlife area. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. And despite not having breakfast included, there are plenty of options nearby to start your day off right.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with contemporary features such as good showers and spotless toilets. No reading lights by the beds.

I was actually surprised by the well-designed look of the rooms at Cityhotel Monopol. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's location on the famous Reeperbahn was perfect for exploring the vibrant atmosphere of the area. I particularly enjoyed watching the nice light show on Spielbudenplatz from the comfort of my bed. Despite a few drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I would highly recommend this hotel for its overall positive experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel was really easy to find and the rooms were clean and comfy. The location is perfect, right on the road with an ample amount of restaurant options. It is also right in the heart of the action in the very dynamic St Pauli district. Transportation was easy, with the subway and S-train stations just a stone's throw away. Plus, the hotel is just a couple of steps from Landungsbruecken, Schanzenviertel, and Planten en Blomen park. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful, and the party neighborhood made me feel safe as there were probably as many undercover cops as party-goers.

Great location, close to airport train and underground. Varied and worth it breakfast. Perfect for stag do, near bars. Friendly staff, easy to find.

Can't fault anything about it.
